EM³I 2027 will be held at Gauhati University — founded in 1948, the oldest and largest university in Northeast India. Nestled in Jalukbari on the southern bank of the Brahmaputra River, the campus offers a serene, green environment just 25 km from Guwahati’s Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport.

Guwahati in January is at its finest — clear skies, pleasant temperatures (15–22°C), and the vibrant Magh Bihu festival on the horizon. International delegates can reach the city via Kolkata, Delhi, or Mumbai with convenient onward flights.

EM³I 2027 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library for publication, providing global visibility to your research across the world’s largest engineering community.
